Registration Guidelines:
- Registration is mandatory for speakers, delegates and students presenting papers / posters.
- Certificate from HOD is mandatory for student's registration and Paramedical Staff.
- Registration cannot be transferred.
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch / dinner and delegate kit.
- Spot registration by cash only.
- Provide us your updated email id & mobile number (Preferred Whatsapp Number). As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference
communication.
- Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
- Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
- It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
- It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter / PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category.
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellation is received on / before 15th June, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation is received on / before 15th July, 2025, 25% of the registration fee wil be refunded.
- All refunds will be entertained after the conference.
- The refund process will begin only after 45 days of completion of the conference.
- Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail.
